By using the Bookmaker Baji website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account at Bookmaker. Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact information.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Your registered mobile number or email address must be verified.
• You may be required to verify your identity using your NID or passport.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts using bots or any automated method is strictly prohibited.

Bookmaker Baji strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Opening or operating an account by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

We may request a copy of your NID card, birth certificate, or passport at any time for age verification purposes. If a member fails this verification, their account will be suspended and any pending winnings may be voided.

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on bookmaker. Our payment system supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without making a deposit is not permitted.

The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method — will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. In-play odds may change before a match begins.

• If a match is cancelled, all stakes will be fully refunded.
• In a Draw No Bet market, your stake is refunded if the match ends in a draw.
• The bookmaker reserves the right to void bets confirmed due to incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market.
• Any activity related to match-fixing is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting and system abuse are strictly prohibited.

Bookmaker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, a reason will be provided.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension.
• If fraud is established, your balance may be confiscated.
• To close your account yourself, please submit a request to our support team.
• If closed for a valid reason, the balance will be refunded.

Your personal data is protected in accordance with the bookmaker's Privacy Policy. We never sell your information or share it with unauthorized third parties.
